Renee says: “I have traveled my entire life, and since moving to Australia over 20 years ago, fly exclusively on the wonderful Aussie airline, Qantas. This airline has brought me safely to Indonesia, Thailand, USA (over 20 times in 21 years!), Vietnam, UK, France, Germany, New Zealand and Argentina. So, when I found a vintage 1960’s-70’s era vintage gold tone Qantas pilot uniform button several years ago at an antique show, I pounced and made myself a ring. I have been asked many, many times over the years for another and I’ve always kept my eyes out, but no luck. Finally a few months ago at yet another antique show, I spotted one again…one single button. This time I knew it was destined to become a pendant and that’s exactly what you are seeing in the photos. I have added a lovely, lustrous peach fresh water pearl for added effect. This pendant works with a gold or silver chain, cuff or cord/necklace for versatility.
