Renee says: “Whenever I set one of these amazing, large vintage dragonfly buttons, they sell super quickly. This is without a doubt one of the most spectacular ones I’ve created! The colour of the button is a sort of iridescent green/gold colour with the dragonfly in gold relief. I am calling this a statement piece, due to the size-See dimensions below. I am including the heavy silver chain with the pendant, as it works great. But it also looks great worn on a long chain, cuff, pearls or leather cord. Vintage buttons…treasures from a by gone era to cherish today! Scroll thru’ photos for up close peek at this delightful & unique piece-I guarantee you will love cherish it as much as I do.”

Rave Review:

Renee Blackwell, I ordered a pendant for my wife’s 40th birthday, and to say she was delighted is an understatement. She has a few of your pieces and has enjoyed wearing them over the years, so I was pretty sure she would like another piece. Your designs are true works of art. Thanks, Larry Perth, Australia

About Vintage Czechoslovakian Glass Buttons:

The majority of glass buttons made during the 20th century were made in what is now Czechoslovakia, handmade by skilled button makers. In 1918 to mid 1940’s era, popular styles of glass buttons include pictorial, cut crystal and realistic which is like pictorials. Art Deco styles started to appear during the Art Deco period. Through the years the button production slowed, especially during WW2, and then started again and skilled button makers refined their skills. Some of the most beautiful, colorful glass buttons came from Czechoslovakia. Today many vintage glass buttons are referred to as Czech glass.
